2. Services Provided

WaaghAI provides in-person coding classes and educational services, including:

• Instructor-led coding classes conducted at our designated training location for different skill levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)
• A structured curriculum covering Python programming and related concepts
• Class materials, assignments, and hands-on projects to reinforce learning
• Access to required development environments and tools during class sessions
• Guidance, homework support, and clarification assistance from instructors during scheduled class hours

3. Eligibility

• Our classes are designed for students between the ages of 12 and 18.
• Students must have basic computer usage skills.
• Parents or legal guardians must complete registration for minors.

4. Enrollment and Payment

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment of the course fee.
• Course fees must be paid before the start of the first class unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Fees may vary depending on the course level and duration.
• WaaghAI reserves the right to modify course fees for future sessions.

5. Attendance Policy

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes on time.
• Missed classes may not always be rescheduled.
• If a student misses a session, instructors may provide guidance on catching up, but full class repetition is not guaranteed.

7. Equipment and Materials

• Students may be required to bring a laptop for coding practice unless otherwise specified.
• WaaghAI may provide development tools and software required for the course.
• Students are responsible for the safety and maintenance of their personal devices.

8. Refund Policy

WaaghAI offers a 2-session risk-free trial period to ensure the program is the right fit for the student.

• If a student decides to discontinue within the first two class sessions, parents/guardians may request a full refund of the course fee.
• Refund requests must be submitted before the start of the third class session.
• Once the student attends the third class or later, the course fee becomes non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Class Schedule Changes

WaaghAI reserves the right to:

• Reschedule classes due to instructor availability, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances
• Provide advance notice whenever possible

10. Safety and Liability

• Parents/guardians acknowledge that students participate in educational activities under instructor supervision.
• WaaghAI is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the class.
• In case of emergency, WaaghAI staff may take reasonable action to ensure student safety.
